Change Information
User Information
All 'User Information' data used on the web site is extracted from the Office Information System (ClubTec)
and is refreshed when member changes are made!
If this information is incorrect, you can modify it by changing the data in the 'Change Member Information'
column and then select the 'Email Changes' button. When doing so, your requested changes will be emailed
to the office staff, where the changes can be updated. These changes could take a couple of days to get updated in the
Office Information System and then refreshed back on the web site. Please be patient. Thank you.
Display on Web?
If you do not want your personal member information displayed in the Members Only area of our web site,
you can modify the display options by clicking on any of the checkboxs in the 'Display on Web?' column, and then
select the 'Change' button in the same column. Remember that this is a secure web site and only members accessing
the site using their password can access this information.
(It is also the same information that is displayed in each members handbook.)
